Utility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=390386\/fury-of-the-aspects\">Fury of the Aspects<\/a>: Increases Haste by 30% for all party and raid members for 40 seconds, and applies Exhaustion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=364342\/blessing-of-the-bronze\">Blessing of the Bronze<\/a>: Reduces the cooldown of a major movement ability for all party and raid members for one hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=374968\/time-spiral\">Time Spiral<\/a>: Grants allies one additional free cast of their major movement ability for 10 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=374227\/zephyr\">Zephyr<\/a>: Grants nearby party Restores healer mana after casting Empower spells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=370665\/rescue\">Rescue<\/a>: Fly to an ally, and then the two of you fly to the target location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=360995\/verdant-embrace\">Verdant Embrace<\/a>: Fly to an ally, and heal them for a modest amount on a relatively href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=357210\/deep-breath\">Deep Breath<\/a> to stun enemies for 3 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=360806\/sleep-walk\">Sleep Walk<\/a>: Disorients one enemy for 20 seconds, and it slowly walks towards you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wowhead.com\/beta\/spell=370898\/permeating-chill\">Permeating Chill<\/a>: <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0070dd\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Blue
